His goal is to bring our cost structure down to a per capita version of endeavor, while keeping NPS (the only metric they care about now) up. Meanwhile, the air line's costs will double, profits will disappear, and most importantly to them NPS SCORES WILL PLUMMET as pilots stop going above and beyond ("quiet quit" as the kids say).
