Pilots are still leaving Alaska for SWA post contract at Alaska and pre SWA contract. Enough said. Better pay, flexibility, days off, vacation. List goes on and on. And it’s about to get a whole lot better
You sure about that? I believe the better flexibility for sure but better pay? Considering snap up you guys are singlehandedly dragging the industry down on pay. We had to completely throw away SWA out of our snap calculation to keep our pay competitive with our peers.
