For years Delta didn’t cover hotels for training. UPS still pays $52 year one. But Delta is Delta and year two at UPS is $199. Focus on what career items matter.
Fair points but when regionals pay more during training on candidates who have never touched a jet (a higher risk of wash out) and then some majors pay this low to people who have 121 experience (lower risk now) it makes the company look really bad.
