Fair points but when regionals pay more during training on candidates who have never touched a jet (a higher risk of wash out) and then some majors pay this low to people who have 121 experience (lower risk now) it makes the company look really bad.
It seems the easy solution here is for you to not take a job at JetBlue. While the training pay is an issue, it shouldn't be the type of issue that you make career decisions on.
