Back in 2007 JetBlue would hire CRJ First Officers with only 6,000 or 7,000 hours and no TPIC… but the FO would need to go buy an ATP rating before they’d get the JetBlue interview.
Kids today are scratching their heads wondering “Why would a CRJ FO have 7,000 hours?”
