getting paid, which means doing whatever is required to see this merger through and bounce with a fat payday. They are looking out for number 1, which is exactly what all of us need to be doing and should have been doing.
"How can I extract as much money as possible this pay period and go on about my life" is how you should be viewing your employment. I swear pilots are the worst about worrying over the business side of things, which we have zero control over, and sharing unqualified opinions of how to run a company.

"This makes money, but that doesn't" cockpit jockeys who vote yes on whatever is presented to them because they think they know how to run an airline
All I know is what I should be getting paid and working every angle I can to get there
