I think we have 20% automatic “no” and 30% automatic “yes” (provided TA1 is remotely within range of Delta). I personally believe TA1 is going to fall short for me to be a yes on several items but particularly in the area of LTD. I think they’re well aware of what happens. Polling has said it’s in the top 2 things that need fixed and I’ve no doubt they’ll deliver something that is equal to or better than the big 3….because if they don’t….they know it’s not ratifiable.
I refuse to say which way I’m voting until I’ve had time to read it over and over and attend a road show to hear intent behind some things that I’ve flagged. Doing otherwise is a disservice to yourself and the guys who’ve slaved away from their families to make your QOL better.
