Short us on retro, easy NO. Short us on pay rates, pay at min guarantee and NEC, another easy NO. Still undecided on LCO concept and want more education - not big on giving up move-ups. Co-terminals don't sway me one way or another yet... waiting to see the final language and get more education. Hotel issue appears on the negative side as I fully support being completely detached from FA's, but let's see the final product... and the YUGE elephant in the room - the scheduling section - this will probably make it or break it.
No they are saying it’s objectively industry leading. Might want to look harder at how those co terminals could affect you today as well as in the future. The 3 listed will affect every base. They are already saying we will not be separated from FAs. Plus hotels like monarch and Elegante will be acceptable. The other stuff I agree we will need to see.
