You do get that swa is a career destination airline with no big equipment to bump up pay, right? Equipment based pay rates are a scam that the airlines have made pilot labor accept. Do flight attendants get equipment bumps? How about gate agents?

UPS has this one figured out. One pay rate and then training costs go way down since pilots are no longer chasing pay rates and changing planes based on that.
