Yeah I expected it to not sound good since the DOJ has to have something to make a case, and JB lawyers were already aware that the DOJ would bring that up. Majority of what they(the DOJ) qouted Ted said at the time, was all due to the NEA being in play.
The DOJ would have a good case if it was two years ago. They fail to recognize the current climate. If JetBlue and their lawyers fail to capitalize on that, then they deserve to lose.
