Are the work rules at United still so bad that no one wants to take the upgrade? I know there were a lot of fixes in the new CBA, but is reserve at United so bad that people would rather make $100k less as an FO than to upgrade and spend a decade on reserve?
The biggest issue is that we have so many wide bodies that people get a taste of life on crack and going back to the NB domestic grind isn’t worth the small difference in pay between WBFO and NBCA.
