And a warning that the ruthless cost-cutting of Jahnke is taking hold. Dude knows nothing and cares nothing about running a "premium" airline, nor taking care of employees. I think this guy will usher in a new flavor of soulless corporate management. Will he be banging employees? Who knows. But he'll definitely be looking to screw us in the name of "cost cutting."

The best we can hope for from this guy is gutting the flight ops management structure starting with the miserable and ineffective Patrick Burns.
