The union never asked the pilot group not to pick up opentime, that would be a job action. When you make stuff up that is completely untrue, you have zero credibility.
What I for the life of me can’t understand is why so much anger is directed at alpa, as they are the ones on the front lines fighting with the company about their abysmal behavior, inability to follow the contract and the rest of the crap they pull on a daily basis.
Maybe your frustrations would be better directed at the people you work for, but what fun would that be, much more enjoyable to sit on your lazy a$$es and ***** about the handful of people representing you.
Don’t despair, with all the alpa folks bailing, the future of this dumpster fire seems pretty telling. Sorry Barry, that is the true canary in a coal mine, not flight attendant attrition. But keeping slaying those dragons 69 guy.
