Training Footprint
Hello all…I am interested in what the new hire training footprint looks like at Kalitta. I understand it is AQP with in-house instructors and they own sims for the 747 and 777. Is that correct? With it being AQP, do the instructors focus on training to proficiency, or is it just a mill and you either “get it or you don’t”?
