When I went through a few years ago, count on being in YIP for 6 weeks. You may have a few days off sprinkled throughout, but not enough to go home. Training is tough. Knock out your CBT’s ASAP and use the rest of the time learning flows and systems because they basically give you the books and say “here ya go” and you’re on your own.
Thanks for that info. How far in advance will the company let you start prepping for training (send you study/class materials)? My situation will be that I have about 2 months prior that I could study.
