i haven’t needed/cared about bidding freezes, would a WBFO that goes NBFO not be able to upgrade for two years?
Thank you...and also to M.Of. P. who's comments didn't make it into this multi-quote... as soon as the vacancy bids come back online, I'll put in an upgrade bid. Or at least right after Little League.

I have already more than 1000 121 PIC, but I can feel "it" eroding. Every month the phone doesn't ring I get a little dumberer, and when it DOES ring, it's another mind numbing Transcon or fluffy pillows to Frankfurt.
WBFO to NBFO does NOT incur a two year seat lock for initial (or any I think) upgrade. I could leave the WB for a NB, see the airplane and the system, and then upgrade. Or I could just do the long course, follow the FOM/FM and proceed cautiously.
