How's it going everyone! Currently a CFI in the PDP about to reach minimums. Wanted to get a pulse check on the current state of flying across the different crew bases. I would love to be Boise based but assume that is extremely senior for QX? If we lived in Boise, would I fly at all on reserve once I was able to hold it?
On the flip side looking at what the commute / QOL would be to live in Boise but be Seattle based. Trying to decide if that would be worth it or if my wife and I would be better off looking at SEA or PDX.

I was told at a career fair last month that training should start to see an uptick, hoping that is the case. Thanks for any input!
