Sailing is right. I'm on the 320 and have been based in MSP since summer of 2019. I've probably flown with less than 10 FO's that commute in over 4 years. It's probably closer to 5, but that number is hard for even me to believe when I type it. I'm one of the few commuters in that base. In the fall and winter, except for holiday months, a LOT of the senior guys bid reserve, and junior guys get "stuck" with lines.
