It wasn't 10M in one quarter, it was 10M in one month. If we can make an extra 10M/mo by being properly staffed we could drop 50M on the upgrade problem and be net profit on the decision by April. Thats 180k/ca. Divided between a straight cash and work rules that cost money, I think that could potentially solve the problem. Not to mention that being properly staffed can help dig us out of IROPS and save us from a potential PR meltown during winter ops.. seems like a reasonable choice.

Not to mention our stock price is tanking because shareholders have gotten wise to the fact that there are actions management can make that indicate a serious resolve to grow, and we aren't making them. Shrugging our shoulders on the upgrade problem and leasing out airplanes? That isnt what strong growth airlines do.
