The unused SC programming updates seem to be complete. Should appear in the pay register within about 24 hours. The late build pay programming is still a work in progress. I know they had to do it manually for October, not sure if that will be the case for November too. But, to their credit and my great surprise, they did it all automatically and correctly and it's going to pay out on-time in a couple days.

I've seen that in the Next Steps doc too, but a PDR response I got on this actually said it's 1500 LBT now changing to 1400 LBT once the big reserve rule implementation happens in August. I don't know... I'm just taking their word for it at this point.
