Absolutely. We're going to be operating under this thing through 2030 most likely -- we need to get it right. And my sympathy is at
zero for the company's pearl-clutching at the cost of the retro. It's expensive because they dragged this on for years. They could have saved a fortune, but instead they chose to buy back their stock instead of paying us. So be it. I hope it was worth it, because that delay has only increased my price.

Keep in mind also that some of those "former corporate" guys came from Netjets, which is unionized, pi**ed off, and has already seen the FordHarrison paybook in action.
