I haven't had that problem, yet. I coordinate before the PCS run but a blind WS could mess it up. The other pilot always puts in a request for the specific trip and there's no way for others to know what or when you are going to PD/PB. Most of the blind WS from seniors are day of fishing for assignment violations.
