The dates?? Damned the hell if I could tell you; one was definitely spring, one was definitely fall.. but they want the dates... do I select a date and in the comments, say it's not an exact date?? Or call the police jurisdictions?? I suspect if I asked for details of a ticket fro 30 years ago, there will be silence on the other end of the line.
Research how far back your state's driving record search goes, and most likely that's too far back. So give it your best guess, disclose it's the best guess, and if anyone asks a question about it (they won't), tell them what you've found. Airline applications areessentially attention to detail and "do you give a ****" tests. Saying "I did my homework and that ticket is 20 years past my state's record keeping abilities so this is the best date I can give you" is a great answer. Signaling that you couldn't be bothered to properly fill out an application for a multimillion dollar career and you completely WAG'ed it is not a good answer.
