Outside of VTP less than half a dozen have left recently. Post VTP, next year we only have about 35 retiring, so maybe double that to say 70, maybe. Next year seniority progression going to be very slow. Should return to 100+ in 2025. With 8 airplanes leaving and about the same coming in, I don’t see any hiring. We may see a realignment bid with say 50 or so upgrades to replace some of the VTP people, and to better balance Capt/FO ratio, but that’s it. And while schedules are horrible, they have gotten slightly better only due to amount of flying we have, less flying means they don’t have to stuff so much crap in the bag.
