Agree 737 rates are a non starter. This is a career destination airline and we fly one airplane. It needs to be reflected as such. Betting every single one of us flies way more seat miles in a career than the legacies with way less training overhead.
Different pay for bigger equipment is a huge win...for management. They get to banish pilots to lower paying payscales for the majority of their career in hopes that someday their seniority will hold wide body captain. It isn't an option here, so we need to see the same career compensation numbers.
