take our current tfp and multiply it by what you need to bot only keep up with inflation but actually gain pay then figure that's the pay for the next 10 yrs and readjust what you need.
A 100% pay raise is not out of the question when it's a 10 yr contract
I won't compare myself to a contract that didnt even get a raise.
