Retirees don't need to be posting in any sections other than those specifically relating to retirement issues. There is a lot of good information available there for retired and those on MDSB. The other sections can be good for active members but it needs serious moderation.

WRT not paying dues, about the only value I got from APA over 20 years was from Aero Medical. Marsha and Kathy are worth their weight in gold. Other than Medical, I figure I'm upside down on the dues to value equation.
