NK doesn’t have reserve flexibility. NK has reassignment without extra pay. NK doesn’t have a Paid Time Off bank separate from sick. NK has drop to zero. NK has pickup out of base. JB has no pickup out of base. JB has Paid time off separate from sick or vacation. JB has the ability to adjust, drop or swap reserve days. JB has reassignment pay and other rules that don’t apply at NK.
Each contract brings something. To say that NK DTZ is everything is comical because the only thing NK brings is DTZ IMO.
