I heard the same thing goes on in hospitals. The florists, on the first floor, were waiting for the surgeons salary package to be released before they agreed to their package. Makes sense though… I think florists train longer than FAs. 🤷🏻♂️
it’s stupid but I guess you gotta try and ride on whatever coat tails you can, even if it doesn’t make sense. Maybe we should look at the executive compensation for our pay then?
