Agreed. 6 bids now where the minimum to hold WB B is ~70% overall seniority*. Holding very steady, actually. Even with a few existing WB deliveries next year (Any new/impending 350-1000 order will take
years before the first delivery), that won't change appreciably. For any lurking prospective New Hires, that's exactly 2 years on property. As hiring begins to slow in 2024, that % will take
even longer on property to achieve. Also, just for reference, the "Plug" NB Captain is holding steady at around 87%.
* the last bid had 1, single individual awarded 1000 numbers junior to the next lowest - a statistical outlier which does not change anything.
