Yes, there will be times where you will end up with less after a move up with LCO. However, any time the reroute goes outside the original trip footprint the double time on those legs will add up quickly. That scenario happens way more frequently than a move up.
The real question is, how will the company adapt in order to minimize reroutes going forward?
