The NC specifically did not pursue a higher than .72 duty rig because it would have negative unintended consequences such as multiple aircraft swaps.
I like the stackable extended duty pay. It rewards you for being screwed with. Many times I have flown on premium pay, only to get barely over the rig after things go awry.
.74 and supposedly as a result of Delta and United they changed FP2020 and looked to get the same 1:1 over 10 hrs of duty. We shall see in a week or two.
