The way I've read LCO is that it's there to get the comapny to stop rerouting us, not for us to make more money. I have a feeling a lot of the soft pay is going away and we'll do more legacy trips that have us flying 1 sitting 2 hrs flying another.

I'd look at this contract as if we all only make guarantee. are the tates etc good enough for you at only guarentee for your career?
