Does anyone have any insight on why there's been no drops to IAD in months? I thought IAD was pretty junior and hence lots of vacancies. Sorry if this is a naive question.
There haven't been unfilled spots from vacancy bids to go to new hires. The last vacancy bid only had a combined dozen 320/737 awards, but the most junior pilots on both fleets were awarded it within two months of indoc.
