I would not open that can of worms. Imagine if they decide to “bypass” a 64.9 year old WB A who bid NB A. Now he is stuck in a category he can’t fly in and was bypassed for the junior category. This is the kind of shenanigans I am expecting the company to try and pull should 67 pass.
