1. Why is medical crap so expensive? and a few other benifets too? its ridiculous the amount you pay per check? Does the union or whoever not negotiate for better rates? its highway robbery

2. What is actually worth it, and what is not worth it and a waste of money? I heard VDP for vision is a joke

3. Why do the prices on the ADP not match the 2024 benefiets guide? for example, on adp for vision it says its 4.59 a check, while on the benifets guide it says it is 4.47 a check?
