I was discussing my son and submitting an application and she was adamant that the applicant have at least 1000 hour of 121 time. Now this may have changed, and maybe they make exceptions. Probably not a firm requirement, but a resume would need something else to stand out. Plenty of pilots hired directly from Ace in the last few years.
