What I can tell you is a little over a year ago I was sitting next to a lady on a flight from Anchorage who was high up at Alaska in the HR department. I was discussing my son and submitting an application and she was adamant that the applicant have at least 1000 hour of 121 time. Now this may have changed, and maybe they make exceptions. But she made it very clear that without that number, that you would not be considered. Best of luck to you
