What day do you think we will get the AIP has been reached? I'm thinking sometime next week? Do you think the board is being briefed on most of the sections now? No logistical way this is ratified before Jan. Bylaws require 15 days of education after BOD votes it up followed by a 14 day vote.
If voted in, any pay rate/NEC increase will be retroactive to Jan 1.
