I usually use my Telex 850s in the CRJ, perfect headset for a jet. For the prop side of things I modified my David Clarks with the comfort kit from Oregon Aero. Cost just over $100 and it feels very nice (once it was adjusted properly, can't be pushing on the jaw bone), but I haven't worn it for long durations yet. I prefer my 850s but the DCs with the kit is much quieter. I knew a C-130 guy in training and he used the comfort kit as well.
