appreciate the feedback. Definitely good points for staying. Similar age as you but just under 3 years at B6 and upgrades look like they are still a far reach in BOS and the merger could hang that up even longer which gives me pause to stay.
I don't think we (Spirit) have many commuters from the Boston area (I can think of two I've met who are in New Hampshire). So unless BOS shrinks (highly doubtful, it will probably grow) I don't think there will be many Spirit peeps competing with you.
