I have only been here a short time, but so far it has been a good experience. This is my only 121 experience so I can't compare the training to any other company, but I will say everyone I worked with in training was top notch and professional. As mregan mentioned reserve is longer on the 200 than originally expected. I overnighted with an Eagle crew who mentioned that they were hurting for FO's. That was about a month ago. In either case I would go to the interview and take the one that works best for you.
