They aren’t delusional, they are selfish as. You are exactly right, it’s been 18 years AND they got 65. The true deadzoners have already been gone for some time, that’s the group that truly got screwed.
Bond won the lottery. The VEOP was an absolute windfall for his demographic. His problem was that it didn’t hammer you and I specifically for his gain. He had been promised that he would get his at the point that he became senior. The Cadillac of the month club was the dream that he was entitled to, but his ultimate issue is identity.
I was neutral during initial negotiations regarding the minimum balance plan, however after the VEOP I was a hard no. You won the lottery Bond and Nick, you just didn’t get to [hose] MOD EDIT me in the process. That’s your issue… the days of senior guys shafting the junior are gone. I’m going to leave Delta better than I found it.
