Good. Thank you for being the solution to your own problems and citing actual valid reasons to be annoyed with a CA. This whining back and forth about where you do your flight planning just goes to show that we have no bigger fish to fry and is a huge nothing burger. I just think that at this very unique point in airline history, where you can upgrade by being alive, complaining about a-hole captains seems like such an easy problem to solve. I love flying with FOs and complaining about boomerites as much as anyone, but I tend to lose interest in the conversation when I ask, "so when are you upgrading?" and the response is "oh, eff that I'm never going to upgrade." Well, then I guess you get to sit there and say you're ok with the fuel load should you get asked in the van *gasp*.
