I’m senior to that and there are a couple hundred senior to me who haven’t bypassed yet. I may be looking at it with a glass half empty approach, but I’m guessing Aug 2017 for the next system bid.
historically I think it’s around 400 who bypass from first avail, but with things slowing some of those bypassing may jump at the next opportunity.
