The A321 XLRs are delayed. Air Bus hasn’t certified them yet.
The seecond one, 4502, has been flying the PHX turns the past couple of days. (Heads up that the second flight deck jumpseat is defferred)

today starts ORD-FLL as well.

True that the XLR hasnt been certifed yet (latest ive seen is spring 2024) but really shouldn't impact United since we were not supposed to get them until late 2024, with international service in 2025.
