I'd normally agree Rick, but he also lied about the conviction when at his 1st regional. He then unsurprisingly got pulled out of class, ask about why he lied, then still denied that he hid anything. Then the CP printed the news article to show to his face and then was fired on the spot. That shows a patten of reallyyy bad behavior from which he has not learned.
