It wasn’t that long ago that they didn’t fill some ER CA positions because the guys who bid were either in indoc still or just out of indoc. May or may not be the best idea. We do still occasionally fire guys on probation.
I've heard a few stories that had me scratching me head. The pool of qualified candidates with common sense or a remote sense of self preservation must be thinning.
