Unfortunately we eat our own here and this will probably never change. But the fact that the top 5% got to take advantage of the 300% pay in January while the rest didn’t see a single PP trip underscores the brokenness in our system.
Are there other companies that manage premium pay like we do?
I am shocked this wasn't in any of the surveys. Ask your reps why? I asked mine and he said a political football and those at MEC did not want this put out. Why? Because I'm convinced the majority would've said change this. Delta's system of green slips is done here. At the FTC. This was politically avoided in any polls. I have put this in any contract survey. And yet never see it. Super seniority was never envisioned for all.
