Add RAP shift to that list. Spirits ULCC staffing in HQ always created inefficiencies that almost always cost more money than they saved on payroll in support roles at HQ. Looks like they are starting to have their cake and eat it too. This change is also going to have an affect on the amount of premium pay events generated from lack of rsv availability.
