Did I miss if there's a standard in terms of location for hotels between 13+00 and 14+45? My guess is this means we'll see a lot of overnights between 13+00 and 14+45 at the highway interchange (AUS Doubletree, PDX Monarch, for example). Did they intentionally leave a gap in the language for hotels between 13+00 and 14+45? How does that benefit us?
